For Little Canada City Council
Dawn Kulousek was born and raised in Little Canada.and has been a resident the better part of her life. This town holds a special place in her heart. She graduated in the top 10% of her class at Roseville Area High School. As a result of her class-ranking, she earned her way to be a United States Student Ambassador to Russia. She attended the University of Minnesota Institute of Technology; during which time she drove a school bus to pay her way through college. Dawn is a proud mother of five amazing children and a grandmother of two. Dawn has been involved in deploying new technology in the telecommunications industry for over 27 years and is recognized as an expert in her field. Her contributions support empowering future-proof, highly secure, reliable and resilient 4G and 5G connectivity to government and public safety agencies, such as first responders, utilities and rail transport industries as well as other private and public sectors.. Dawn has also served on the City’s Planning Commission for the last five years; during which time the Commission completed the 2040 Comprehensive Plan for Little Canada's future. Dawn is tenacious. Dawn brings a can-do attitude to the community, and she has a passion for Little Canada and her fellow residents. Dawn will do what’s right for the citizens of Little Canada, their safety and prosperity.
